1. Booking & Payment
• A non-refundable initial deposit (as specified by the company) is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.
• The full payment must be completed at least 20 days prior to departure.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or authorized online gateway. Late payments may result in booking cancellation.

2. Cancellations & Refund Policy
General Terms for Tickets:
• Once an Umrah ticket is issued, airline rules and regulations will apply strictly to the customer.

Group or Block Tickets:
• These are non-refundable, non-changeable (date/time), once issued.
• If airline taxes are refunded, they will be returned to you after deducting service charges. A written application must be submitted for any refund consideration.
• If a group/block ticket is not yet issued (i.e., only blocked), cancellation is possible only if an alternate passenger name is provided, or if the agency finds a replacement. If no alternate name is available, the ticket will be issued in the originally provided name and full payment will be due. If full payment is already made, it will not be refunded.

Normal Tickets (Individual/Portal Tickets):
• Tickets issued via the portal/system are subject to airline-specific cancellation, change, and refund rules.
• Aljazeera Tours & Travels will not make any commitment outside of airline policies.
• No verbal promises or personal guarantees regarding ticket rules will be valid.
• All cancellation, date-change, or refund requests must be emailed to our official email ID.

Visa & Hotel Policies:
• Umrah Visa Fees are non-refundable once issued.
• If hotel payments have already been made to the hotel/vendor, those amounts are also non-refundable.

Applicability:
• These policies apply across all services: Umrah visa, Visit visa, Employment visa, or others.
• Only airline policies apply to air tickets – not those of Aljazeera Tours & Travels or the customer.

3. Travel Documents
• Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.
• Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents (passport copies, photographs, vaccination records, etc.) as requested.
• The company will not be held liable for delays or visa rejections due to incorrect or late documentation.

4. Visa & Immigration
• Umrah visas are subject to approval by Saudi authorities, and are non-transferable.
• Any change in Saudi visa rules or rejection is beyond the company’s control.
• The traveler is solely responsible for complying with all immigration rules and procedures.

5. Health & Vaccination
• Pilgrims must be physically fit to travel and perform Umrah.
• Mandatory vaccinations (including meningitis and others if applicable) must be completed prior to travel.
• The company will not be responsible for medical issues that arise during the tour.

6. Hotel & Room Sharing
• Hotel rooms are booked as per selected package (double/triple/quad sharing).
• Special room requests (e.g. adjoining rooms, lower floors) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

7. Itinerary Changes
• The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons, airline schedules, weather, or safety concerns.
• Any such changes will be communicated in advance where possible.

8. Responsibilities & Liability
• Aljazeera Tours & Travels Services acts as a travel coordinator and does not own or control airlines, hotels, or transport services.
• The company is not liable for:
– Flight delays or cancellations
– Loss/damage of personal belongings
– Injuries, accidents, or unforeseen events beyond our control

9. Code of Conduct
• Pilgrims are expected to follow group instructions, observe discipline, and maintain Islamic etiquette throughout the journey.
• Any behavior that disturbs the group or disrespects local laws may lead to exclusion from further travel without refund.

10. Agreement to Terms
• By booking the Umrah tour with us, you agree to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
• These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always be applicable.
