Yes, we provide full visa processing support as part of the package, including necessary insurance as per Saudi regulations.
4. How are the accommodations arranged?
We offer 3 or 4-star hotels located within walking distance from Masjid al-Haram and Masjid an-Nabawi. Rooms are shared (double/triple/quad) based on your package selection.
5. Are meals included during the trip?
Daily breakfast is included. Full board (lunch & dinner) can be added at an extra cost upon request.
6. Will there be a guide for Umrah rituals?

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable initial deposit (as specified by the company) is required at the time of booking to reserve your seat.

The full payment must be completed at least 20 days prior to departure.

Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or authorized online gateway. Late payments may result in booking cancellation.
2. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing (email or official letter).

If cancelled:

30+ days before departure: 75% refundable (excluding visa fees and non-recoverable costs)

15–29 days before departure: 50% refund

Less than 15 days: No refund

Visa rejection by the Saudi authorities does not qualify for full refund.
3. Travel Documents

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

Travelers are responsible for providing accurate documents (passport copies, photographs, vaccination records, etc.) as requested.

The company will not be held liable for delays or visa rejections due to incorrect or late documentation.
4. Visa & Immigration

Umrah visas are subject to approval by Saudi authorities, and are non-transferable.

Any change in Saudi visa rules or rejection is beyond the company’s control.

The traveler is solely responsible for complying with all immigration rules and procedures.
5. Health & Vaccination

Pilgrims must be physically fit to travel and perform Umrah.

Mandatory vaccinations (including meningitis and others if applicable) must be completed prior to travel.

The company will not be responsible for medical issues that arise during the tour.
6. Hotel & Room Sharing

Special room requests (e.g. adjoining rooms, lower floors) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to operational reasons, airline schedules, weather, or safety concerns.
